Education and Experience
Minimum
Bachelor's degree in relevant field
Demonstrated ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with others
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Proficiency or familiarity with digital design tools (e.g., Canva); Google products (e.g., Docs, Sheets, and Slides); and Microsoft products
Commitment to equity-minded, inclusive, and student-centered services within a collaborative campus environment
Preferred
Master's degree in relevant field
Experience with tutoring, academic coaching, or student success initiatives in a K-12 or higher education setting
Experience working with Asian American, Pacific Islander, and local Hawai'i student populations
Proficiency or familiarity with Reservio or similar platforms
Physical Requirements
This position may involve light physical activity in both indoor and outdoor settings. Successful candidates should be comfortable alternating between standing and sitting, as well as navigating stairs and sloped walkways. They should also be comfortable lifting and carrying up to 20 pounds. Strong motor skills and clear, effective communication are essential.
