Bluestem Outdoor Services is seeking an experienced Professional Tree Climber to join our growing Tree Division. This is a hands-on production position for a skilled climber who can safely and efficiently perform pruning, removal, and other advanced tree-care work.
Requirements
- At least five years of professional tree-climbing experience
- Previous experience working for a professional tree-service company
- Strong knowledge of climbing and rigging techniques
- Ability to climb and work safely in large or difficult trees
- Experience performing pruning, tree removals, and deadwood removal
- Knowledge of proper chainsaw use and tree-care practices
- Ability to work safely and efficiently as part of a crew
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
- Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work in Texas weather
- English communication skills preferred but not required
