Department: Intermediate Care/Telemetry (2 North
Rotating day and night shifts required, along with rotating weekend and holiday assignments.

- Use the nursing process within a Relationship‑Based Care model to create a healing environment.
- Develop daily patient goals and individualized plans of care.

- Communicate effectively with the care team and ensure comprehensive, accurate documentation.
- Incorporate organizational and professional standards to improve safety, quality, and patient satisfaction.

Scheduling Option: UPMC offers flexible scheduling, including traditional rotating shifts and special programs for primarily night or weekend shifts with premium pay.
