Professional Services Strategy Consultant I

Manage day-to-day operations , including data and MIS (Management Information Systems) collection, trend and risk analysis, and the preparation of high-quality presentations and reports for management and regulatory bodies. Design and implement strategic solutions that drive business value, with a focus on compliance and enterprise-wide risk assessment methodologies, control design, and executive/Board-level risk reporting.

A major financial client of ours has a need for a Compliance Risk Management & Analytics Consultant. This is a hybrid role with 3 days in the office. This is a contract opportunity.

Duties:

• Collaborate directly with compliance, risk, and technology stakeholders to identify areas for enhancement. Design and implement strategic solutions that drive business value, with a focus on compliance and enterprise-wide risk assessment methodologies, control design, and executive/Board-level risk reporting.

• Manage day-to-day operations, including data and MIS (Management Information Systems) collection, trend and risk analysis, and the preparation of high-quality presentations and reports for management and regulatory bodies.

• Support the Compliance department on cross-functional (transversal) projects, including platform training, issue management, and regulatory mapping. Coordinate with diverse stakeholders, implement technical solutions, and help execute continuous enhancements to the compliance program.

Skills:

• Experience: 5+ years of experience in Regulatory Compliance, Enterprise or Compliance Risk Management in the financial services sector
• 
  
• Analytical Expertise: Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage data and translate metrics into actionable trends. Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI is required.
• 
  
• Project Delivery: Demonstrated experience supporting cross-functional compliance initiatives, regulatory mapping, and system implementations.

• Communication: Excellent presentation and reporting skills, with experience preparing materials for senior management and regulatory regulators
