About the Role
Seeking an experienced Internal Communications Manager on a contract basis to support the rollout of its PRIME Culture Framework. This is a high-visibility, project-driven engagement for a communicator who is comfortable operating at pace in a matrixed organization.
What You Will Do
" Develop and execute an internal communications plan to support each phase of the PRIME Culture Framework rollout, from awareness and activation through adoption.
" Create clear, engaging content across a variety of formats and channels, including intranet (SharePoint), email, video scripts, digital signage, and leadership messaging.
" Partner with HR Business Partners, GBL Marketing, and SharePoint page owners to align messaging and coordinate delivery.
" Support executive communications related to the culture initiative, including talking points, Q&As, and town hall content.
" Enable people managers and senior leaders to communicate the culture framework confidently and consistently within their teams.
" Help build and activate an internal champions network to extend reach and sustain momentum across the organization.
" Leverage rewards and recognition platforms to support culture activation and reinforce desired behaviours.
" Track engagement metrics and provide regular reporting to the VP of Corporate Communications.
" Identify and address communication gaps as the rollout progresses.
What You Bring
" 5+ years of internal or corporate communications experience, ideally within a life sciences, technology, or professional services environment.
" Demonstrated experience supporting organizational change or culture initiatives.
" Strong editorial and production skills across a range of content formats, from long-form articles and leadership scripts to visual assets and short-form digital content.
" Experience with leadership enablement, including developing toolkits, messaging guides, and manager communications resources.
" Experience building or activating an internal ambassadors or champions network.
" Proficiency with rewards and recognition platforms to support employee engagement programs.
" Strong cross-functional business partnering skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships across HR, Marketing, and business leadership.
" Proficiency with Microsoft 365, particularly SharePoint.
" A strong sense of initiative, with a proven ability to navigate and thrive in evolving, transformational environments.
" Ability to work independently and manage multiple workstreams under tight timelines.
" Experience working with or reporting to senior leadership.
Additionally:
" Familiarity with employee engagement frameworks or culture transformation programs.
" Background in change management communications.
