About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Workday Reporting Specialist to join our client's team in the HR sector. In this role, you will contribute to designing, building, and maintaining Workday reporting solutions, enhancing dashboard development, and consolidating reports to enable data-driven decision-making across Human Resources.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy Workday reporting solutions.
- Build and enhance Advanced Reports, Matrix Reports, Composite Reports, Trending Reports, and Custom Reports.
- Create calculated fields and complex reporting logic to meet business requirements.
- Optimize report performance and usability.
- Design and build Workday Dashboards and Discovery Boards providing actionable insights.
- Develop Worksheets for self-service analysis and workforce trends exploration.
- Assess existing reports for relevance, usage, duplication, and business value.
- Consolidate reports into standardized enterprise solutions.
- Review report ownership, audiences, and security configurations.
Requirements
- 5 years of hands-on Workday reporting experience.
- Advanced expertise building Workday Advanced Reports, Matrix Reports, Composite Reports, Trending Reports, and Calculated Fields.
- Experience creating and maintaining Workday Dashboards, Discovery Boards, and Worksheets.
- Strong understanding of Workday security and data access models.
- Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into reporting solutions.
- Strong organizing and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of HR end-to-end processes like Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Talent Management, and Workforce Planning data.
- Experience supporting report consolidation or reporting governance initiatives.
- Exposure to Power BI and data visualization.
- Experience developing reporting standards, naming conventions, and reporting repositories.
