The Link Lab within the Integrative Physiology Department at CU Boulder invites applications for a Professional Research Assistant! The anticipated start date for this position is mid-August 2026.

Who We Are
Dr. Link's primary research goal is to understand the basic biology of neurodegenerative diseases, including Alzheimer's and ALS. His studies have utilized model organisms (C. elegans, mice), human cell culture, and postmortem brain samples. His lab is currently focused on understanding the origins of the neuroinflammation that appears central to many neurodegenerative conditions.

Maintenance of lab infrastructure (ordering, media preparation, tracking CO2 tanks and N2 Dewar, inventorying lab chemicals and hazardous waste, etc.) and undertaking protein biochemistry experiments.
