    Description



    Responsibilities:
    - Manage project tracking for key priorities, including timelines, milestones, next steps, risks, and follow-up items.
    - Triage incoming requests, gather needed background, assess urgency, and help route work to the appropriate team members.
    - Coordinate the development of written products by tracking timelines, contributors, reviews, versions, formatting, and next steps to help products move efficiently from development to publication.
    - Provide administrative and operational support for team leadership, including scheduling, meeting logistics, agenda preparation, note taking, action-item tracking, and support for executive briefings and presentations.
    - Coordinate across the enterprise to gather input, align timelines, move work forward, keep stakeholders informed, and support communications, status updates and meeting materials.
    - Provide support for procurement activities, including tracking requests, coordinating materials, and helping move items through required processes.



    Ideal candidate will have:
    - Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred.
    - 5+ years of relevant professional experience in project management, public policy, operations, communications, product development, or related work.
    - Strong project management, organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, contributors, and moving pieces.
    - Excellent writing and editing skills, with experience supporting the development of written products, presentations, briefing materials, or similar deliverables.
    - Experience coordinating meetings, tracking action items, maintaining version control, and documenting decisions and next steps.
    - Comfort supporting senior leaders and working with colleagues across teams and functions.
    - Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and shared document platforms.
    - Public policy experience or familiarity with financial security, retirement, savings, consumer protection, or related issues is helpful.
    - Experience with data visualization, charts, dashboards, or translating data into clear visuals is a plus.

    Onsite in Washington D.C. Tuesday-Thursday and WFH Monday and Friday
