Our agency is partnering with a national law firm seeking employment litigators at several experience levels. Represent employers in workplace disputes while taking meaningful ownership of cases, working directly with clients, and developing your practice alongside experienced litigators.

What you will do
Lead complex professional liability defense matters through all phases of litigation.
Develop relationships with insurers, insured professionals, brokers, and clients.
Supervise and mentor associates and business professionals.
Participate in business development, marketing, and collaboration across practice groups.
Work with firm leadership on practice growth and client service.
What you bring
Active California bar admission.
10+ years of professional liability defense experience.
Strong litigation judgment, team leadership, and client management skills.
Ability to contribute to business development and practice strategy.
Experience representing insurers and insured professionals preferred.
