Professional Liability Attorney

Seeking a professional liabilty attorney to represent architects, engineers, and other design professionals The attorneys duties will contain construction projects, contracts, risk management, and day-to-day legal counseling.

The ideal candidate will have experience serving as trusted counsel to design professionals, advising on the negotiation and drafting of professional services agreements, construction contracts, project disputes, and business-related matters. We are particularly interested in attorneys who understand the unique legal and business issues facing architects, engineers, and construction industry clients. While the position is primarily advisory and transactional, experience handling construction litigation, professional liability matters, or design defect disputes is a plus.
