What You'll Do:

Perform ALTA/ACSM land title, boundary, topographic, and as-built surveys

Conduct construction stakeout and utility line route surveys

Operate Topcon GPS equipment and total stations in the field

Prepare survey deliverables using Carlson or AutoCAD Civil 3D

Work as part of a team, with occasional overtime and local travel as projects require

Must-Have Qualifications:

5+ years of experience as a Land Surveyor

SIT required; PLS preferred, with PA and/or OH licensure (or ability to obtain it)

Working knowledge of Topcon GPS and total stations

Experience with ALTA/ACSM Land Title Surveys, Construction Stakeout, As-Built, Utility Route, Topographic, and Boundary Surveys

Working knowledge of Carlson or AutoCAD Civil 3D
