Our culture is built on accountability, growth, teamwork, and rewarding high performance.What You'll DoAs a Professional Housing Consultant, you will:Guide customers through the home-buying process from initial consultation to closing.Sell manufactured, modular, and tiny homes along with financing solutions.Build relationships with prospective customers and identify their housing needs.Generate new business through referrals, networking, and social media marketing.Promote homes and communities through digital marketing and community outreach.Educate customers on financing options and assist with the loan application process.Coordinate with office staff, lenders, and management to ensure an outstanding customer experience.Maintain product knowledge on homes, floor plans, financing programs, and lenders.Participate in ongoing sales training and professional development.QualificationsWe're looking for individuals who are:Bilingual in Spanish and English (preferred)Confident, persuasive, and customer-focusedCompetitive and motivated by performance-based incomeComfortable building relationships and closing salesProfessional with strong communication skillsTech-savvy and comfortable using social media for business developmentOrganized with strong follow-up skillsAvailable to work Saturdays (closed Sundays)Sales experience is preferred but not required.
