Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough residential cleaning services including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas to company quality standards
- Follow detailed cleaning checklists to ensure consistent, high-quality results
- Use company-provided cleaning products and equipment safely and effectively
- Communicate professionally with clients and address any special cleaning requests
- Manage time efficiently to complete assigned homes within scheduled windows
- Maintain a clean, organized work vehicle and supply inventory
Requirements:
- Previous housekeeping, maid service, or residential cleaning experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality results
- Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain a consistent schedule
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to perform physical tasks including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods
- Trustworthy and professional with a customer-first attitude
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
