Role Overview: We need a precision-focused Framer who understands the "bones" of a home. You should be comfortable working at height, reading layouts, and executing clean, structural work.
Key Responsibilities:
Construct wall frameworks, floor joists, and roof rafters.
Install windows, door frames, and sheathing with accuracy.
Operate power tools (miter saws, nail guns, etc.) safely and efficiently.
Requirements:
3+ years of dedicated framing experience.
Strong understanding of residential building codes and structural integrity.
Ability to work physically demanding hours in various weather conditions.
