Professional - FastPay Analyst

Location: Memphis, Tennessee (Hybrid)

Job Summary

The FastPay Analyst is responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate processing of commission payments for Group Meetings and Events. This role supports hotels and meeting planner partners by researching, reconciling, and resolving commission-related data and invoice discrepancies. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, highly organized, and committed to delivering exceptional customer service while meeting production and performance goals.

Position Overview

As a FastPay Analyst, you will support commission payment operations by analyzing program data, researching payment issues, reconciling hotel documentation with Meeting Planner Company invoices, and assisting properties across the United States, Canada, and Mexico. This position requires strong attention to detail, customer service skills, and the ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment. This is a hybrid role with an onsite requirement of Tuesday and Wednesday.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and analyze data to identify trends, resolve issues, and develop recommendations within the FastPay program.
  • Evaluate existing processes and propose improvements to increase efficiency and program effectiveness.
  • Manage commission payment processes through detailed research, special projects, and internal control procedures.
  • Reconcile hotel documentation with Meeting Planner Company invoices.
  • Investigate, resolve, and report discrepancies related to commission payments.
  • Support branded properties across the United States, Canada, and Mexico.
  • Provide guidance on approval requirements, data entry, and meeting pickup information required for commission processing.
  • Process commission adjustments and corrections when appropriate.
  • Deliver high-quality customer service to Meeting Planner Companies and hotel partners.
  • Assist with special initiatives, system enhancements, and ad hoc projects as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Three to five years of professional work experience.
  • Up to three years of related experience in finance, accounting, operations, customer service, or a similar field.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Three years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or Customer Service.
  • Knowledge of FastPay processes and commission payment operations.
  • Understanding of Travel Agent Commission Settlement (TACS) policies and procedures.
  • Experience using travel agency commission processing systems for research, reporting, and special projects.
  • Hospitality, travel, or hotel industry experience is a plus.
