Civil / Water Resources Engineer
On-site / Field & Office
We are seeking a motivated Civil / Water Resources Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, solid technical abilities, and experience in hydrology and hydraulics.
This is an opportunity for someone who wants to grow into an engineering role. The successful candidate will progressively take on project management, client interaction, and leadership responsibilities, with the potential to eventually run projects independently and help lead the company.
Responsibilities
Perform civil and water resources engineering with an emphasis on hydrology and hydraulics.
Prepare engineering plans, calculations, reports, and other project deliverables.
Visit job sites and meet with clients and project stakeholders.
Coordinate projects and manage schedules and workloads.
Develop client relationships and contribute to business development.
Progress toward independently managing projects and mentoring others.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field with 5+ years of Experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in hydrology and hydraulics.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to learn, take initiative, and grow into a leadership role.
Additional experience, certifications, technical skills, or professional licensure are a plus.
