Pay: $45,000 - $75,000 a year (salary + commission)

Key Responsibilities:
Meet with prospective clients to understand their coverage needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
Generate new business through outbound calls, referrals, community engagement, and follow-ups.
Provide accurate quotes, explain policy options clearly, and guide customers through the application process.
Review existing policies with clients to ensure adequate coverage and identify opportunities for improvements.
Keep detailed, organized records of client interactions, leads, and follow-up actions.
Stay current on product knowledge, underwriting guidelines, and compliance requirements.
Collaborate with the agency team to meet sales goals and support smooth day-to-day operations.
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong work ethic
Sales experience in outside sales, inside sales, retail, or telemarketing
Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales goals or quotas
Passion for marketing products and services tailored to customer needs
Strong written, verbal, and listening communication skills
Genuine enthusiasm for how insurance and financial products help people manage risks, recover from setbacks, and achieve their dreams

This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies.
