    Position: Productivity Specialist - Full time

    Who we are looking for:


    A detail-oriented, bilingual team member to join our office team full-time. This role plays a key part in ensuring quality care, maintaining compliance, and supporting clinician productivity for both pediatric and adult patients across multiple disciplines (ST, PT, OT, LVN & RN).


    Key Responsibilities include:


    Productivity Support:

    • Monitor clinician visit numbers and compliance with their weekly commitment
    • Track missed visits and non-compliant cases
    • Call patients to confirm, reschedule, or follow up on visits
    • Input and maintain accurate data records related to visit tracking and clinician performance

    Quality Assurance (QA):

    • Review therapy notes (ST, PT, OT) for pediatric and adult patients
    • Ensure documentation aligns with the Plan of Care and meets billing standards
    • Identify inconsistencies or missing documentation
    • Communicate with clinicians for corrections or clarifications


    Administrative Support:

    • Message with clinicians regarding scheduling, visit follow-ups, and day-to-day support needs
    • Assist with incoming and outgoing faxes
    • Answer phone calls and direct inquiries appropriately
    • Support additional clerical or office-related tasks as needed


    Skills We are Looking For:

    • Spanish speaking preferred, not required.
    • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
    • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
    • Comfortable working with data and learning internal systems
    • Positive attitude, ability to multitask, and strong communication skills
