Productivity Advisor, Ambulatory Operations
Baystate Health is seeking a Productivity Advisor to join their Ambulatory Operations team. Reporting directly to the Chief Physician Executive and President of Baystate Medical Practices the Productivity Advisor will work closely the CPE, Baystate Medical Practice leaders, CSO leadership, finance and HR leaders to support and lead transformational workstreams, ensuring alignment with Baystate Health's objectives. Productivity Advisor will lead the Productivity implementation to build, develop, educate and fully implement the BMP Ambulatory Practice productivity plan. Process will ensure the PLC, ambulatory leadership and the CSO leadership, finance and HR operational leaders and staff are full participants in the development of staffing plans, understand the need for predictive staffing to ensure adequate resources are available to meet the needs of the practice and to ensure service needs are met.
