For someone with long-term entrepreneurial goals, this is an opportunity to develop the sales, leadership, and business skills that are important when pursuing future agency ownership opportunities.
What You'll Do

- Conduct needs-based conversations and confidently recommend appropriate insurance and financial products.
- Follow up consistently with prospects and turn opportunities into customers.
- Build relationships with referral partners and members of the local community.
- Drive production goals across multiple product lines.
- Track results, identify opportunities, and take ownership of your performance.
- Help develop sales strategies and marketing initiatives that generate new business.
- Support and motivate team members toward agency production goals.
- Learn the day-to-day business, sales, marketing, and leadership functions of a successful insurance agency.
Who We're Looking ForWe're less interested in finding someone who simply checks every box and more interested in finding someone with the
drive to succeed.
Our ideal candidate is:
- Competitive, motivated, and goal-oriented.
- Comfortable prospecting and asking for the sale.
- Confident communicating by phone, in person, and through digital channels.
- Coachable and eager to improve.
- Organized and disciplined with follow-up.
- Interested in sales, leadership, business development, or entrepreneurship.
- Able to obtain the required state insurance licenses.
Insurance experience is helpful, but
sales ability, work ethic, and ambition matter more.
