- Entry-level manufacturing position with no certification required.
- Learns and trains on calibration-specific operations under supervision.
- Prepares and assembles components and sub-assemblies.
- Sets up and operates production equipment to ensure spray flow, spray angle, and quality meet specifications.
- Works toward certification within 120 days.
- Refers problems or deviations to experienced technicians, supervisors, or engineers.
- Learn to set up and operate test stands for nozzles, spray bars, and valves.
- Learn to operate laser marking and printing equipment.
- Record spray parameters and performance results by serial number.
- Learn product conformance testing and certification processes.
- May learn to disassemble, repair, and assemble products according to specifications.
- Complete production documentation and labor transactions accurately.
- Follow EHS, Quality, and Continuous Improvement standards.
- Participate in safety and continuous improvement activities.
- Work under immediate supervision and follow detailed instructions.
- Perform other assigned duties as needed.
- Work overtime, extended shifts, nonstandard hours, and some holidays as business needs require.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- No prior experience required.
- Must be a U.S. Person.
- Ability to learn company policies, procedures, and job skills.
- Manufacturing background.
- Manual dexterity for assembly and calibration work.
- Ability to learn to read and understand prints.
- Basic computer skills, including email, document printing, and internet use.
- Basic shop math knowledge, including geometric tolerances.
- Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to learn position fundamentals within the first three months.
- Strong communication skills with employees and management.
