What You'll Do as a General Production:- Scoop meat products from an electric conveyor belt and place them into packaging
- Assist with operating dumpers, grinders, mixers, and conveyor systems after training
- Package products and prepare finished goods for shipment
- Place packaged products onto pallets for storage and transportation
- Complete required processing, quality, and maintenance documentation
- Follow food safety, quality, and workplace safety procedures at all times
What You Need to Bring to the General Production Role:- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds regularly and up to 70 pounds occasionally
- Ability to understand and follow verbal and written work instructions
- Comfortable working in refrigerated environments ranging from approximately 28°F to 38°F
- Comfortable working around meat products, including blood and fat byproducts
- Willingness to follow all safety procedures, including JSA, LOTO, food safety, and machine-specific requirements
- Entry-level candidates welcome; training provided for equipment operation
