Production Worker - Machine Operator Cook Plant (Permanent/Full-Time)

The Machine Operator is responsible for the operation of food production machinery.

Direct Source Meats is now hiring for Machine Operator at the Cook Plant.

Direct Source Meats offers high quality, specialty meat products to customers. Established in 2001, DSM's raw plant is a 30,000 square foot USDA facility that specializes in the further processing of beef, chicken and pork for both retail and food service markets. DSM also includes a state of the art, 60,000 square foot cook plant.

This position is responsible for the operation of food production machinery. The schedule is Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 5:30 pm.

Production Worker - Machine Operator Responsibilities:

• Assembling and operating machinery
• Completing food safety documentation
• Monitoring CCP's
• Data Entry
• Ensuring product is produced to specification
• Delegating tasks to team.
• Experience is required
