Join our small, fast-moving team and help assemble, test, package, and ship lighting products and custom manufacturing projects.Full-time, on-site | Monday-Friday, regular business hours | $21.00-$26.00 per hour, based on experience and skill levelWhy This Role Stands OutVariety is built into the work. You may assemble a fixture, configure a smart controller, inspect a sample, or prepare a custom shipment - all while helping a small team keep quality and customer commitments on track.What You Will DoAssemble lighting products, smart controllers, samples, and large-format fixtures using work instructions, drawings, photos, and bills of material.Perform basic setup and IP configuration for network-enabled lighting and control products.Receive, label, organize, inspect, test, and route samples; report defects, missing parts, or configuration concerns.Support customer-specific assembly and modification work, including packing, staging, and general production labor.Build pallets, crates, and protective packaging, then label and stage finished goods for shipment.Safely move materials and keep production and warehouse areas clean, organized, and ready for the next job.What You BringA dependable, team-oriented approach and the flexibility to help across production, quality, samples, packaging, shipping, and warehouse work.Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.Comfort with hand tools, basic power and measuring tools, packaging materials, and standard warehouse equipment.Basic computer skills for documentation, labels, email, and simple product configuration.The ability to stand, bend, reach, push, pull, and lift up to 75 lbs. independently; heavier items are handled with assistance or equipment.Helpful experience: assembly, manufacturing, warehouse, shipping, lighting, electrical, trades, staging, installation, palletizing, crating, material handling, or connected-device configuration.BenefitsHealthcare insurance, dental and vision insurance, a 401(k) with a 3% safe harbor contribution, and paid time off.Ready to apply?
