About the Role

We are seeking dependable production workers to support manufacturing processes focused on quality inspection and material handling. The primary responsibilities include inspecting materials to ensure surfaces are clean and prepared for subsequent production steps, such as painting. This role requires strong attention to detail, adherence to inspection standards, and reliable attendance during the first shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect materials to confirm no residue remains on surfaces prior to painting preparation
• Perform visual quality checks to ensure materials meet quality standards before progressing in the manufacturing process
• Handle and reposition materials throughout the inspection process, including lifting up to 50 lbs
• Support production workflow by assisting with quality control and production tasks as needed
• Follow safety and inspection procedures to ensure surfaces are ready for subsequent production steps
• Maintain accurate inspection standards and ensure materials are properly prepared for downstream processes

Required Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality inspection
• Reliable attendance and ability to work the scheduled first shift (Monday-Friday)
• Ability to follow instructions and maintain consistent inspection standards

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing or production quality inspection

Work Environment / Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
• Physical handling and repositioning of materials during inspection process
