Production Worker - Linen Services Associate

Location: Kent, WA

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 2:00 PM-10:30 PM

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Job Summary

We are seeking dependable and hardworking Production Workers to join our industrial laundry team in Kent, WA. In this role, you will help process hospital linens, patient gowns, scrubs, towels, and other healthcare textiles in a fast-paced production environment. This position requires repetitive movement, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Sort soiled hospital linens, gowns, scrubs, towels, and other healthcare textiles.

• Load industrial-sized washers and dryers with linens according to production guidelines.

• Remove clean linens from dryers and prepare them for folding and processing.

• Fold, stack, and organize clean linens for packaging and distribution.

• Inspect linens for stains, tears, or damage and separate items as needed.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.

• Follow company safety procedures and infection-control guidelines.

• Meet daily production goals while maintaining quality standards.

• Perform other production duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• No previous experience required; training is provided.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.

• Ability to stand, bend, twist, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift.

• Ability to lift and move up to 35-50 pounds regularly.

• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

• Strong work ethic and ability to work as part of a team.

Physical Requirements

• Stand and walk for up to 8 hours per shift.

• Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull linen carts and bundles.

• Perform repetitive reaching, grasping, lifting, and folding motions.

• Work in a warm industrial laundry environment around large commercial equipment.

• Monday through Friday

• 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM

• $18.00 per hour

• Full-time
