What You'll Do as a Production Worker:- Catch paper and plastic products coming off production machines
- Perform basic quality inspections of finished products
- Maintain accurate product counts throughout production runs
- Feed machines with required materials to keep production moving
- Follow safety procedures and wear required PPE at all times
What You Need to Bring to the Production Worker Role:- Ability to stay focused and on task to meet production quotas
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Willingness to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Manufacturing experience is helpful but not required
- Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply
