Production Worker

Our client, a manufacturing industry leader, is seeking a dedicated Production Worker to join their team. As a Production Worker, you will be part of the finishing department supporting the overall production process. The ideal candidate will previous machine operation and production skills, attention to detail, and forklift skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Worker

Location: Forest, VA

Pay Range: $18

Shift: Night shift, 7 pm to 7 am

What's the Job?

• Responsible for packing, packaging, and labeling of finished goods
• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping in the finishing area and plant
• Conduct visual inspections to ensure product quality
• Set up machinery and ensure continuous operation at the finishing end of the machine
• Operate a forklift safely and efficiently

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in machine operation or factory work
• High School diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to operate machinery and forklift equipment
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
• Computer skills for documentation and reporting
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen
