Requirements:

• At least three months of manufacturing, production, or industrial experience
• Heavy industrial or metal-fabrication experience preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Ability to operate production equipment safely
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and repeatedly lift up to 35 pounds
• Comfortable standing, bending, and moving throughout a 12-hour shift
• Reliable attendance and positive work ethic
• Ability to work effectively with a team
• Strong commitment to safety and quality

Job Duties:

• Operate production machinery and equipment
• Perform assembly, fabrication, and general manufacturing tasks
• Inspect products for quality
• Load, unload, and move production materials
• Follow work instructions and production schedules
• Assist with equipment setup and basic troubleshooting
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Meet daily production goals while maintaining quality standards

What You Will Do

As a Production Worker you will support daily manufacturing operations by assembling products, operating production equipment, inspecting finished goods, packaging materials, maintaining production standards, and following established work instructions. You will help keep production areas clean and organized, monitor product quality, meet production goals, and contribute to safe, efficient manufacturing operations.

A Production Worker contributes to manufacturing by performing a variety of production responsibilities that support efficient operations and quality products. This position requires adaptability, attention to detail, and the ability to work safely throughout every shift.

The Production Worker supports manufacturing through product assembly, inspection, packaging, material handling, and adherence to production procedures while maintaining quality and workplace safety.
