Looking for dependable people to be trained in production at a growing company in Burlington, MA!
Pay - $20-$24/hour
Hours - 7am - 3pm, Mon-Fri on site
Starts as temporary, but they would love to find someone to convert to permanent.

Job Responsibilities
- Fill and package adhesives into cartridges, syringes, and other dispensing containers.
- Follow written work instructions, batch records, and customer requirements.
- Accurately weigh and measure materials.
- Operate filling and labeling equipment.
- Inspect finished products for proper fill, labeling, and appearance.
- Record production quantities and complete required paperwork.
- Prepare packaging components and supplies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Assist with inventory, receiving, and shipping as needed.
- Report equipment or product issues to the supervisor.
Qualifications
- Experience in manufacturing, packaging, assembly, or production preferred; willingness to learn is essential.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Dependable attendance and punctuality.
- Basic math and measurement skills.
- Comfortable performing repetitive tasks and standing for extended periods.
- Good manual dexterity and ability to work independently after training.
- Ability to work cooperatively with a small team.
- Must have reliable transportation
