Production Worker – Precast Concrete

$20.00 per hour | Full-Time | Year-Round Work

Nesco Resource is hiring dependable, hardworking Production Workers for a well-established precast concrete manufacturer that has served major construction and infrastructure projects throughout New York and Pennsylvania for more than 40 years.

No concrete experience is required! If you have experience in construction, landscaping, manufacturing, farming, masonry, roofing, or other physically active work, your skills could transfer well to this position.

Available Schedules

• 6:00 AM–4:30 PM
• 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
• Overtime may be available

What You’ll Do

• Prepare molds and forms for production
• Place and tie rebar and reinforcing steel
• Pour, consolidate, and finish concrete
• Remove finished products from molds
• Clean and prepare molds for the next production cycle
• Use basic hand and power tools
• Assist with lifting, rigging, and moving materials
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE

What We’re Looking For

• Dependable attendance and reliable transportation
• Comfortable performing physically demanding, hands-on work
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and regularly bend, climb, and stand
• Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
• Construction, manufacturing, or concrete experience is helpful but not required
