Position Overview

We are seeking a 2nd Shift Production Crew Member to join a fast-paced manufacturing team. In this role, you will work with products coming off a Vboard production line, inspecting finished materials for quality and preparing them for shipment.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on manufacturing work and is looking for a stable Monday–Friday schedule with opportunities to learn new skills and advance.

What You'll Do

• Accumulate, count, inspect, and pack finished products
• Inspect products for proper lamination, printing, and overall appearance
• Pack finished products according to customer specifications and quality standards
• Prepare, build, stack, band, and wrap skids
• Supply the appropriate paper and materials needed for production
• Monitor product quality throughout the production process
• Communicate quality concerns to machine operators and team members
• Read and follow production schedules and customer specifications
• Help maintain production rates while minimizing waste
• Assist with other production and machine operations as needed
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Participate in continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives

• Previous manufacturing or production experience is preferred

• Ability to follow written production instructions and specifications
• Dependable attendance and ability to work the scheduled shift
• Willingness to learn different areas of production
