Hours: MondayFriday, 7:00 AM3:30 PM

As a Production Laborer, you'll be an important part of the team supporting daily operations by processing corrugated cardboard to produce high-quality boxes. You'll work closely with the production team to ensure safety, efficiency, and quality throughout the process.
What You'll Do
As a Production Laborer, you will be responsible for:
- Operating machinery to efficiently process corrugated cardboard according to specifications.
- Adding color logos and accurately cutting sections of cardboard using metal dies.
- Following detailed instructions to meet production standards and deadlines.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Supporting the team to optimize workflow and maintain safety and quality standards.
- Learning new processes, equipment, and skills as you grow within the company.
What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate will have:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- 6 months to 1 year of previous manufacturing or production experience.
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
- Ability to accurately read a tape measure to 1/16th of an inch.
- Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds safely.
- A strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
- A willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
