As a Production Laborer, youll support daily operations by operating machinery, assisting with material handling, and ensuring quality standards are met. What Youll Do
As a Production Laborer, you will be responsible for
Operating and maintaining production machinery to process corrugated cardboard efficiently.
Inspecting finished products for quality and accuracy.
Assisting with adding color logos and cutting sections of cardboard using metal dies.
Following detailed instructions to meet precise production specifications.
Keeping the work area clean, safe, and organized at all times.
Supporting team members in meeting production deadlines.
Adhering strictly to safety protocols and company policies to ensure a secure work environment.
What Youll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have
A high school diploma or equivalent.
6 months to 1 year of related manufacturing or production experience preferred.
Basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
Ability to read and interpret simple instructions and diagrams.
Knowledge of how to read a tape measure to 1/16th of an inch.
Physical stamina to stand for the entire shift and perform routine lifting and movement.
Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds safely.
A team-oriented attitude and strong attention to safety.
