Role focus
- Prepare and operate welding equipment for production assignments.
- Translate blueprints and technical drawings into accurate builds.
- Verify measurements with a tape measure and complementary gauges.
- Fabricate components using MIG and Stick welding processes.
- Inspect completed parts to ensure quality and specification compliance.
- Uphold safety standards and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Partner with teammates to achieve output targets and deadlines.
Bring this experience
- Hands‑on Welder/Fabricator experience with MIG and Stick techniques.
- Confidence reading blueprints/technical drawings.
- Proficiency with tape measure reading and precise measurement.
- Understanding of welding setups suited for production work.
- Meticulous attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to excel independently and within a team setting.
- High school diploma or equivalent; certifications welcome.
