TradeWorX is hiring Production/Shop Welders for multiple openings in the Youngstown, OH area. We are seeking dependable welders with manufacturing or fabrication experience who are committed to producing quality work in a safe, team-oriented shop environment.

Pay & Overtime:- $18.00–$24.00 per hour, based on experience
- Overtime may be available based on production needs
Schedule:- 1st and 2nd Shift Available

Job Duties:- Perform MIG and/or TIG welding on production parts and fabricated assemblies.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints, work orders, and weld symbols.
- Set up and operate welding equipment safely and efficiently.
- Inspect completed welds to ensure quality standards are met.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area while meeting production goals.
- Work with team members to support daily production requirements.
Requirements:- Previous production or shop welding experience.
- Ability to read a tape measure and basic blueprints.
- Experience using common fabrication tools and welding equipment.
- Ability to lift materials and work in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong attention to quality and workplace safety.
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
