Before clocking out, you tidy your area so the next shift starts strong.
What You’ll Do
- Support production, assembly, and fabrication tasks as assigned
- Safely operate machinery and equipment
- Work confidently with hand and power tools
- Conduct in-process checks and final quality inspections
- Follow company procedures and safety standards
- Keep your workspace clean and organized
What You Bring
- Warehouse or manufacturing background is helpful, not required
- Familiarity with hand and power tools
- Machine operation experience a plus (varies by role)
- Consistent work history and dependable attendance
- Detail-oriented, punctual, and collaborative
- Comfort standing, lifting, and performing repetitive tasks
