PRODUCTION ASSOCIATE
Location: Villa Rica/Douglasville Area
Pay: $16.00 per hour
Schedule: MondayFriday, 1:00 PM9:00 PM
Overtime: Must be available to work overtime as needed
A local manufacturing company is seeking a dependable Racker/Production Associate. This position supports the production team by properly loading and securing metal materials onto beams for processing.
Job Responsibilities:
Rack metal extrusions, sheets, and fabricated materials onto beams
Prepare and organize metal materials for production
Assist with general assembly and fabrication duties as needed
Safely lift, move, and handle materials weighing up to 50 pounds
Handle materials carefully to prevent damage
Follow production procedures and workplace safety guidelines
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Work cooperatively with production team members
Complete assigned tasks accurately and efficiently
Job Requirements:
Manufacturing, assembly, fabrication, or production experience is preferred
Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds throughout the shift
Must be comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled manufacturing environment
Must be able to stand throughout the shift and perform repetitive production work
Steel-toe footwear is required
Must have dependable transportation
Must maintain good attendance and arrive on time
Must have a positive attitude and work well as part of a team
Must be available for overtime when needed
Must successfully complete a drug screen and background check
