    Job Responsibilities

    • Perform production and assembly tasks according to established procedures.
    • Package, label, sort, and prepare products for shipment.
    • Operate production equipment and machinery safely and efficiently.
    • Conduct quality inspections to ensure products meet customer specifications.
    • Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
    • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety policies, and quality requirements.
    • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
    • Assist with inventory counts and material movement as needed.
    • Meet daily productivity and performance goals.
    • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve production issues.
