The Production Utility Specialist is responsible for the pulling of materials for the Gearbox Assembly Teams and pulling finished product to paint. Receive training and perform assembly-related tasks as needed, including NEMA building, turning motor end bells, and other assembly functions.

Description
Pull materials for the assembly teams and check work orders for accuracy.
Visually inspect parts for quality.
Pull finished product to paint and organize according to paint type and dates.
Maintain the department's 5S program and housekeeping standards.
Receive training and perform assembly-related tasks as needed, including NEMA building, turning motor end bells, and other assembly functions.
Be an active participant in the company's suggestion, quality, efficiency, and cost savings program.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience: Forklift experience is preferred.
Skills and Key Attributes: Strong organizational and mathematical skills, computer experience, and SAP experience preferred. Excellent communication skills, self-motivation, and ability to work in a team environment are essential
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50lbs. Ability to stand on feet and move around for up to 8-12 hours per day.
