- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for new and existing production staff.
- Conduct hands-on training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Monitor and assess the performance of trainees, providing constructive feedback and support.
- Collaborate with management to identify training needs and areas for improvement.
- Maintain training materials and documentation to ensure they are up-to-date and relevant.
- Foster a positive and engaging learning environment that encourages employee participation.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve training programs.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a training role, within a production or manufacturing environment.
- Proficient with PowerPoint and Excel
- 3 plus years of manufacturing experience
- Good communication skills
- (Preferred) Yellow or Green Belt in Six Sigma
- Strong understanding of production processes and safety protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate others.
- Ability to assess training needs and develop tailored training programs.
