Summary:
The Production Technician will support a highly automated manufacturing line producing a next‑generation smart materials product. This role focuses on operating and monitoring production equipment, ensuring product quality, maintaining safety standards, and collaborating closely with quality and maintenance teams. The position requires strong observation skills, comfort working with data and equipment interfaces, and a team‑first mindset in a cleanroom manufacturing environment.

Required / Mandatory Skills:
- Experience operating manufacturing or production equipment
- Ability to monitor equipment performance and recognize production issues
- Basic computer skills and comfort working with equipment interfaces
- Ability to read, record, and report production data
- Experience working in a team-based manufacturing environment
- Strong verbal and written communication in English
- Commitment to safety and quality standards
- Ability to handle materials and lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
