Production Technician

This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys working with equipment, staying active, and being part of a team.Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:• Operating production equipment such as grinders, chippers, and atomizers — training provided• Monitoring equipment and production processes to keep operations running safely and efficiently• Taking measurements and making adjustments to ensure products meet quality standards• Following established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety requirements• Performing basic equipment troubleshooting and communicating issues to Team Leaders or Maintenance• Completing production logs and material records accurately• Keeping your work area clean, safe, and organized• Assisting with preventative maintenance and continuous improvement activities• Safely handling materials in a regulated manufacturing environmentWhat We're Looking ForYou don't need to know our equipment on day one — we'll train you. We're looking for dependable, safety-minded people who are willing to learn and work as part of a team.Required:• High school diploma or GED• Ability to follow written procedures and safety requirements• Basic math and computer skills• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods• Ability and willingness to work other shifts if needed (the job is NOT rotating shifts)• Strong attention to detail• Reliable and team-orientedHelpful, but not required:• Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, industrial, chemical, or metals experience• Forklift experience• Boiler license or experience• Experience working in a safety- or quality-focused environmentDon't have manufacturing experience?
