Assemble lateral flow devices and diagnostic kits using manual processes and associated equipment
Perform pouching, bagging, and packaging of finished products
Pack and label kits accurately, ensuring completeness and correct components
Confirm bottle counts and materials prior to production and packaging
Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Master Batch Records (MBRs) throughout production
Complete and maintain accurate batch records and documentation
Verify labels and assist with label control processes
Inspect products and packaging materials during production
Immediately report non-conformances to supervisor or team lead
Maintain accountability of product and materials throughout production
Record scrap/discards daily and document on MBRs or observation logs
Enter production data into Excel and tracking systems
Assist with inventory-related counts (e.g., inserts, cards, packaging components)
Operate production equipment such as pallet wrappers and assembly tools
Ensure proper setup and safe operation of all assigned equipment
Properly wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) (e.g., smock, gloves, hairnet, beard cover)
Support other production areas as needed based on business demands
Qualifications and Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent
Must be able to lift upwards of 25lbs
Must be able to work occasional overtime without advanced notice
Previous lab or manufacturing experience is preferred
