We have an exciting opportunity for a Production Technician position in Norfolk Virginia in a climate-controlled environment!
Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality control
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods, up to 8 hours per shift
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds as needed
- Comfortable working in a sterile or clean manufacturing environment
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Clean background required
Job Duties entail but are not limited to:
- Operate heat press machinery to produce sterilized medical bags and packaging materials
- Handle and process raw plastic materials according to established production standards
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance with specifications
- Maintain a clean and sterile work environment at all times
- Follow all company safety, hygiene, and manufacturing protocols
- Accurately document production activities and maintain required records
- Alternate between sitting and standing throughout the shift while performing production tasks
Schedule:
- Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM or 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
