- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM
Position Summary
The Production Technician I is responsible for operating production machinery to manufacture advanced composite materials. This role involves supporting manufacturing processes, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring a safe, clean, and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate production machinery to manufacture advanced composite materials
- Set up, run, and perform changeovers on production equipment
- Perform in-process quality checks to ensure product specifications are met
- Label and package finished goods accurately
- Document manufacturing processes and production data with accuracy
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Identify and report equipment or product issues to maintain quality standards
Qualifications & Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous manufacturing or production experience is a plus
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift materials as needed
