Job Summary
A direct hire opportunity is available for a Production Technician in Longmont, CO, supporting scientific and technical production within the electronics, components, and semiconductor manufacturing industry. This role is ideal for an electronics-focused technician who enjoys hands-on troubleshooting, precision alignment, calibration, and working with complex instruments.
The Production Technician will perform laser and optic alignment, calibrate instruments, troubleshoot PCB assemblies, and support quality-driven production processes. This is a strong opportunity for someone with 1 to 2 years of technical production experience, an electronics-related education, or a military electronics or avionics background.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform laser, optic alignment, and calibration work on instruments within a defined product family.
- Troubleshoot and repair electronic instruments using logical diagnostic methods.
- Program, inspect, and troubleshoot PCB assemblies as part of the production and repair process.
- Follow written, graphic, and pictorial procedures to ensure accurate and repeatable production results.
- Identify, segregate, and report trends related to non-conforming materials, including disposition recommendations.
- Maintain quality documentation and follow established policies and procedures to support safety, compliance, and process control.

- Pay Rate: $24.00 to $26.00 per hour.
