You’ll pause when something looks off, get quick input from a lead if needed, and then get the run back on track. Between batches, you reset the workspace, keep tools organized, and make sure the area is clean for the next start-up. You’ll finish the shift by closing out records, communicating status to the next point of contact, and leaving the station ready for tomorrow.
