This role is responsible for operating blending and production equipment to ensure efficient, safe, and high-quality manufacturing processes.Responsibilities· Set up, operate, and monitor blending machines according to SOPs.· Prepare and maintain equipment for production runs.· Weigh and record product specifications accurately.· Perform periodic checks on machine output and product quality.· Troubleshoot and resolve minor equipment issues.· Assist with machine breakdown, cleaning, sanitizing, and reassembly.· Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and company quality standards.· Maintain a safe and clean work environment by following safety procedures.· Complete required documentation for production and quality control.· Work collaboratively with production, maintenance, and quality teams.Qualifications· Previous production or manufacturing experience preferred, but not required.· Ability to read and follow SOPs, safety, and quality standards.· Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills.· Ability to use basic measurement tools.· Good communication skills; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.· Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with deadlines.ScheduleFull-time; schedule to be determined based on production needs.Benefits· Health insurance eligibility after 90 days· Paid time off and holiday pay· Opportunities for advancement and training
