    What You'll Do

    • Operate, set up, and perform basic maintenance on production equipment.
    • Monitor production processes to ensure quality, efficiency, and safety standards are met.
    • Inspect products to verify compliance with customer specifications and quality requirements.
    • Accurately record production data to support traceability and operational excellence.
    • Communicate production progress, updates, and issues with supervisors and team members.
    • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
    • Follow all company policies and procedures related to safety, quality, and environmental compliance.

    What We're Looking For

    • Experience in a manufacturing, production, or industrial environment preferred.
    • Ability to use precision measuring tools such as micrometers and calipers.
    • CNC experience is a plus.
    • Basic computer proficiency; SAP experience is a plus.
    • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
    • Dependable, adaptable, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
    • Ability to read and follow written instructions, procedures, and equipment manuals.
